System requirements
Prerequisites
- Ensure that .NET Framework 4.8 (and above) is installed on the SafeNet Agent for Microsoft IIS machine.
- Ensure that TCP port 80 or 443 is open between SafeNet Agent for Microsoft IIS and SafeNet Trusted Access (STA).
- Ensure that the IIS Server machine time is synchronized with the NTP server.

Note
Anonymous authentication must be enabled on the target IIS site for the agent to function correctly. Using any other authentication method (e.g., Windows, Basic, or Forms) is not supported and may cause unexpected behavior.
