Modifying applications

To modify settings and of an application:

1. Open Application Data Protection.

2. In the left pane, click Applications. The list of applications is displayed on the screen.

3. Click the application that you want to modify. The <Application-name> screen shows the application settings and policies associated with application.

4. Modify the existing settings and policies.

   Note

   The policies tab is only applicable for DPG.

5. Click Save Changes. A message Application updated successfully is displayed.

Update Settings

You can modify the following parameters:

• NAE Interface Port

  Note

  Only applicable for DPG 1.2 and lower versions.

• CSR

• CA

• Client Configurations

Update Policies

You can either modify/delete the existing policy or add a new endpoint.

Modifying existing policy

1. Click the overflow icon () corresponding to the policy that you want to modify.

2. On the Edit Endpoint screen, update the desired fields.

3. Click Update. A message DPG policy updated successfully is displayed.

Deleting existing policy

1. Click the overflow icon () corresponding to the policy that you want to delete.

   A dialog box appears prompting to confirm the action.

2. Click Delete.

Creating new policy

Follow the steps mentioned in the Create and Associate Policy section to create a new policy.
